delivery information

all shipping options are presented at checkout.

we are only currently shipping to the east coast of australia (cairns to melbourne only) this is a flat rate of $16 postage and handling (up to 20kg) delivered by road courier* with an approximate 1-3 business day delivery time. orders placed outside this area will be refunded.

ferment box delivery

we offer free pick up or local delivery (to lismore addresses) for ferment boxes.

we offer $10 flat rate for local delivery within the northern rivers, nsw (evans head to mullumbimby and inland to nimbin).

we will be in touch with you by email or phone to organise a delivery time if you choose one of these options.

unfortunately we are not offering local delivery for orders other than ferment boxes.

*PLEASE NOTE: the road courier transport we use should not affect the integrity of our products. we will do our best to safely package your order, however because our products are ‘alive’ with good gut bacteria they are sometimes sensitive to temperatures and bumps. products may fizz & bubble during road transportation - as is the nature of fermented food - and sometimes there may be a small amount of spillage - nothing to worry about. just wipe the jars clean, refrigerate as soon as possible and enjoy!

products will not be refunded due to spillage during transport.
