Green kraut is our go-to traditional style kraut, very adaptable and similar to traditional sauerkraut in it’s white chunky feel. It’s flavour profile is briney like the ocean, heavy with dill and rich in chlorophyll. Gotu kola and tasmanian kelp are superfoods making this kraut a powerhouse of nutrition.

We love it in ham and cheese toasties, with rice, sausauges, or delicious tossed through a salad with yoghurt.

Made in house, with love from organic locally sourced seasonal ingredients: green cabbage, kale, dill, gotu kola, tasmanian kelp & pink salt.

Made in a fermentary which also processes tree nuts.
